Program 07
The air that keeps the grain in condition.

AerationForge designs the aeration that keeps stored grain in condition: the fans, the plenum, the ducts, and the airflow path through the grain. It matches the fan to the resistance of the grain and sizes the ducts to deliver air uniformly.

Grain spoils where the air does not reach. The fan has to push air through a deep, resistive grain mass, and the ducts have to spread it evenly across the floor. AerationForge builds the fan curve against the system resistance and checks the plenum and duct sizing for uniform airflow.

02What it checks
01

Fan curve matched to the grain's static-pressure resistance.

02

Airflow rate per bushel against the conditioning target.

03

Plenum and duct sizing for even distribution.

04

Airflow uniformity across the bin floor.

05

Duct and transition structure under the grain load.
