SiloForge™Structural design platform

SiloForge

Ten purpose-built web programs for grain storage, handling, conditioning and water systems, every load case checked against U.S. codes and Eurocodes. What used to take two weeks of engineering time takes two minutes.

01The suite

Ten programs. One structural system.

Each program is purpose-built for one part of the yard, and they share the same load model, the same code library, and the same calculation package, so a full facility stays consistent end to end.

02How it works

From geometry to a stamp-ready package.

The same workflow on every program: set up the structure, run the analysis, and walk away with a full calculation package, the work shown at every step.

01

Set up the structure. Enter geometry, materials, the stored product, and the site. The interface speaks the structure: diameters, eave heights, plate and stiffener schedules.

02

Every attribute, checked. Each load case is solved against the governing U.S. code or Eurocode, bulk-solids pressure, wind, seismic, buckling, and anchorage, all at once.

03

Refine to the leanest design. Adjust the schedule and watch the demand-to-capacity ratios move. Settle on the lightest section that still passes every check.

04

Calculation package and drawings. Issue a complete package and drawings ready for review, with every governing check cited in the output.

03Codes & standards

Every calculation traces to a published standard.

SiloForge™ does not invent a basis. Each load case is checked against the governing U.S. code or Eurocode, and the output cites the standard that governs. These are the standards behind the programs.
