These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of silotechengineering.com (the “Site”), operated by SiloTech LLC (“SiloTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and for general informational use. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you can form a binding agreement, and that you are not barred from using the Site under applicable law. The Site is not directed to children.
The Site itself does not offer user accounts or logins — you can browse it and submit our forms without registering. Access to the SiloForge™ platform, where credentials may be issued, is governed by the SiloForge™ Subscription Terms. If you are given any credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity that occurs under them.
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes and to contact us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view the Site for those purposes.

The Site does not host public user content such as comments, profiles, or uploads. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it without obligation or compensation, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Please do not send us confidential information you do not want us to use.
The content, design, graphics, and marks on the Site — including SiloForge™ and SiloTech Engineering™ — are owned by SiloTech LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission, except for incidental personal or internal business reference.
Information on the Site is general and does not constitute structural engineering advice. Using the Site does not create an engineer–client relationship.
Engineering services are provided only under a separate written agreement, and a Professional Engineer’s seal is issued only under such an agreement. Nothing on the Site, and no SiloForge™ subscription, includes a stamp.
Access to and use of the SiloForge™ platform is governed by the SiloForge™ Subscription Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms. SiloForge™ supports professional engineering judgment; it does not replace it, and its outputs should be reviewed by a qualified engineer.
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (for example, our form-delivery provider, our font provider, and our LinkedIn page). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
No purchases are made and no payments are collected through the Site. SiloForge™ licensing, fees, renewals, cancellations, and refunds, where applicable, are addressed in the SiloForge™ Subscription Terms and the agreement under which access is granted — not here.
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Site, our users, or our rights. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site’s content is complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiloTech and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SiloTech and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Except where prohibited by law, you and SiloTech agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
