The farm hopper, cone to leg frame.

HopperForge MD designs farm-scale hopper bins, silos, and feed tanks on a light support frame. The cone, the cylinder above it, and the legs are sized as one load path, from the stored product down to the foundation.

A hopper empties differently than a flat-bottom bin. The grain descends in mass flow, sliding along the cone wall, and the pressures peak at the transition between cylinder and cone. HopperForge MD models that mass-flow regime, then checks the cone, the transition, and the leg frame against it.
